One of the best places to live in New York is definitely Rochester. This city is located in Monroe County, New York. This city is known with so many positive titles like The World’s Image Centre, The Flower city and The Flour City. The city is sitting on the third position as the most populous cities in New York after Buffalo and New York City. However, even though the city is populous, but it is still very well-managed and comfortable to live in.

In 2007, the Places Rated Almanac put Rochester NY on the sixth position for the most livable city among other 379 cities in US. The Expansion Management Magazine also put Rochester on the top position for its overall life quality. Not only that, the magazine is also putting Rochester’s public schools on the sixth position for the best public schools nationwide. Two years ago, Forbes puts Rochester on the third position as the best place for family.

There are so many things to enjoy when we are visiting or living in Rochester, One of the foods we cannot miss is definitely the white hot on the garbage plate.
